  • 2/10/2014 - Hearing on the lawsuit Tardy vs. O'Malley.  The suit went to the US District Court in Baltimore seeking permanent injunctive relief.  This was the first time a court heard the argument on the merits of the case.  (Click to see NRA complaint)
